Ceramic Fiber Fine Gasket is a high-temperature resistant ceramic fiber gasket designed for EI fire-rated duct systems.
It is especially suitable for EI fire-stopping sealing joints. The material is soft, dense, and easy to cut and apply. It is non-combustible, corrosion-resistant, durable, and provides excellent thermal insulation. Commonly used for sealing areas requiring high heat resistance and thermal insulation, withstanding temperatures up to 1430°C.
Used for sealing air ducts, excellent heat resistance, non-combustible
Asbestos-free
Lightweight, easy to install
High thermal insulation performance
Low shrinkage at high temperatures
Suitable for EI fire-rated systems
White, fine, smooth texture
Easy to cut, bond, and shape
Used for fire-rated duct systems (EI levels):
EI30, EI45, EI60, EI90, EI120, EI180
Thermal insulation for boilers and high-temperature pipelines
Insulation, heat preservation, and anti-corrosion material
