PE Film / PE Roll

PE film/PE roll is a type of film made from thermoplastic plastic with high elasticity, used to wrap and secure goods, electronic components, and items that need protection from dust and moisture. Its excellent stretchability and quick recovery help firmly secure and tightly bind goods and objects together.

The 2kg PE roll consists of two main parts: the PE film and the paper core. The film weighs 1.8kg, while the paper core weighs 200g.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Virgin PE resin pellets are melted at 160ºC, then stretched into a thin film of only 17 microns and rolled into large jumbo rolls with a width of 50cm and a weight of 40kg.

These jumbo rolls are then fed into a jumbo slitting machine to be divided into smaller PE rolls weighing 2kg before being delivered to customers.
