VitSiL VIT-1F is a premium one-component, acrylic emulsion-based firestop sealant specifically formulated for maximum fire protection. This sealant is engineered to control the spread of fire, smoke, and toxic gases between fire compartments. Unlike intumescent sealants that expand, VIT-1F maintains its original volume during fire exposure to ensure no gaps or voids are created, preserving the integrity of the fire barrier.

VIT-1F is a one-component super fire-resistant sealant based on acrylic emulsion, specially formulated for fire protection. This firestop sealant helps control the spread of fire, smoke, and toxic gases between different fire compartments before, during, and after fire exposure by maintaining its original volume, preventing the formation of gaps and voids.

The substrate must be solid, clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and grease. Suitable for the following applications:

Firestop sealing of gaps in building structures, air ducts, electrical conduits, cables, steel pipes, cable trays, and penetration openings
Fire-rated partition systems, glazing, and related construction elements
